Now through Thursday, November 1, at noon, fill out the submission form to enter for your chance to win a family four-pack of tickets to see Ringling Brothers and Barnum & Bailey Presents Dragons at the Allstate Arena on November 1, 2, 7 or 8, 2012, or at the United Center November 14-16, 20 or 21, 2012. Five winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries at the end of the contest period.
