Here’s how to enter:
Now through Friday, January 31, 2014, at noon CDT, fill out the submission form to enter for your chance to win a family four-pack of passes to see Disney on Ice presents ‘Let’s Celebrate’ at the United Center. The passes are valid for any scheduled Wednesday through Friday performance, except Friday evening, February 5 through February 7, 2014, at the United Center. Five winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries at the end of the sweepstakes period.
