How to enter:
Now through Wednesday, October 23, at 12 PM CDT, fill out the submission form to enter for your chance to win lunch with Steve Wilkos on October 25 at the America's Dog restaurant at 26 E. Randolph, beginning at 12 PM. Five winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries at the end of the sweepstakes period.
