1. SPONSOR. This Sweepstakes is sponsored by 'Me-TV Network' (“Sponsor”) whose address is 26 N. Halsted, Chicago, Illinois 60661.
2. ENTRY AND SELECTION OF WINNERS. A purchase is not required to enter or win the Sweepstakes, and a purchase does not increase the odds of winning. The Sweepstakes begins Sunday, April 28, 2013 at 3:00 PM EST and ends Monday, April 29, 2013 at 7:00 PM EST unless extended by 'Me-TV Network.' Persons wishing to enter the Sweepstakes may do so by attempting to guess the connection between all the episodes in the Me-TV Sunday Showcase airing between 3:00 PM EST and 7:00 PM EST on Sunday, April 28, 2013 on Me-TV Network. After the entrant has determined their guess, log on to MeTVNetwork.com and complete an online form, which includes your guess, to register for a chance to win one (1) Me-TV t-shirt or one (1) grand prize of a trip to the Hard Rock Cancun all-inclusive resort. Only one (1) entry per person, per email address will be accepted. If multiple entries are received from one entrant during the Sweepstakes period, that particular entrant will be completely disqualified. One hundred (100) Me-TV t-shirts will be awarded in this promotion; one (1) grand prize trip will be awarded in this promotion. 101 total winners will be selected at random using a computer software winner selection tool from all eligible online entries that include a correct guess.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, misdirected or mutilated entries, including due to technical/network failures, human error, or any other error or malfunction. Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void.
Entrants agree not to upload, post or transmit any materials which contain any computer viruses, Easter eggs, worms, Trojan Horses or other harmful component or programming routines that are intended to damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data or personal information. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or undermine the operation of the Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and Sponsor reserves the rights to seek damages from any person who makes such attempt(s).
Any questions regarding the number of entries submitted by an individual or authorized account holder of an e-mail address shall be determined by 'Me-TV Network' in its sole discretion, and 'Me-TV Network' reserves the right to disqualify any entries by persons determined to be tampering with or abusing any aspect of the Sweepstakes.
3. ELIGIBILITY. The Sweepstakes is only open to all legal residents of the contiguous 48 states, Hawaii and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older. Employees of 'Me-TV Network,' MGM Television, Weigel Broadcasting Co., New Lenox Travel, Hard Rock Hotels, Funjet Vacations, and each of their sponsors, advertising agencies, consultants, franchisees, suppliers, subsidiaries and family members are not eligible to enter or win. Entrants are not able to win more than one (1) time during this Sweepstakes. This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law. The Me-TV Sunday Showcase does not air in all television viewing areas or on all cable and satellite providers, therefore viewers should check their local listings to inquire about their specific ability to view The Me-TV Sunday Showcase on April 28, 2013. Entrants do not have to have viewed the Me-TV Sunday Showcase to enter for their chance to win this Sweepstakes, however, their entries must include a correct guess. All guesses for this Sweepstakes must be 50 words or less.
4. PRIZE. One hundred (100) winners will each receive one (1) Me-TV t-shirt, retail value of $25.00; one (1) grand prize winner will receive at trip for two (2) for four (4) nights to the Hard Rock Cancun all-inclusive resort in Cancun, Mexico, including airfare, hotel stay, transportation to and from the airport in Cancun, Mexico and the food and beverages specified in the resort's all-inclusive package, retail value of $3100. The resort's all-inclusive package includes all hotel food and drinks including alcoholic beverages, all hotel tax and gratuities, deluxe accommodations, most on-property sports and activities (except golf and motorized water sports), unlimited long distance telephone calls to the continental U.S., Canada and Mexico and wireless internet. All other expenses - including, without limitation, transportation to and from the winner's home airport - are the sole responsibility of the winner. The first eligible entrant selected will receive the grand prize, the following one hundred (100) eligible entrants selected will receive Me-TV t-shirts. Requested t-shirt sizes are not guaranteed. The Me-TV t-shirt design, color or style may not be identical to the model t-shirt used in the promotion of this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning will be determined by the total number of eligible Sweepstakes entries containing correct guesses. Winners will be selected and notified beginning Tuesday, April 30, 2013 to the email addresses listed by entrants in their original Sweepstakes submission.
'Me-TV Network' will be the sole judge of all submissions and will make the final decision on which guesses are correct and valid, and which guesses are incorrect and ineligible. Winners will be selected by way of a computer software winner selection tool from all eligible entries that include a correct guess and that are received during the Sweepstakes period. Any selected winner who cannot be contacted and confirmed by 5:00 PM EST on Thursday, May 2, 2013 to confirm their selection after an initial email to the address listed on their entry will be disqualified, in which case an alternate winner will be selected by way of a computer software winner selection tool from the remaining eligible entries that included correct guesses and the alternate winner will be notified. The Prize winners must possess a valid picture ID to claim their Prize. All Prizes will be sent to the address listed on the original Sweepstakes submission.
5. PRIZE RESTRICTIONS AND CONDITIONS. The Prizes are non-transferable and will be delivered no later than thirty (30) days from the date that such Prize is awarded at the minimum expense of 'Me-TV Network' to all winners via UPS Ground or USPS. Prizes may not be exchanged or redeemed for cash, sold, or traded. No prize transfer, assignment, or substitution by winners is permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded. By entering, the winners shall consent to the use of their name, likeness, and/or biographical information for on-air announcements, advertising and promotional purposes related to the Sweepstakes, without additional consideration. The grand prize is subject to all terms and conditions set forth by the Prize provider, Prize sponsor, Funjet Vacations and Hard Rock Cancun Resort. Valid booking dates are May 22, 2013 - December 23, 2013.
6. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY. By entering this Sweepstakes, each entrant forever discharges, releases, and holds harmless Sponsor and each of its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and each of its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, losses, damages, causes of action, suits, and demands of any kind arising from or in connection with the Sweepstakes, however caused.
Winners will be solely responsible for any and all local, state, and federal taxes. Sponsor will report any individual winnings more than $600 (in cash or fair market value of the goods or services) in a one-year period to the Internal Revenue Service. Winners will receive a Form 1099 from Sponsor if Sponsor reports any winnings to the Internal Revenue Service.
The winners will be required to acknowledge, sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability and Letter of Indemnification prior to the receipt of their Prize (except where prohibited). Failure to comply with the rules and conditions of the Sweepstakes may result in a forfeiture of their Prize. Winners have five (5) business days to return all requested identification and release forms. After this time period, the Prize may be revoked and a new winner may be drawn from all eligible entries containing correct guesses.
7. SPONSOR'S RESERVATION OF RIGHTS. These Official Rules are subject to modifications by 'Me-TV Network.' The decisions made by 'Me-TV Network' concerning any and all matters with respect to this promotion shall be final. In the event of a computer or telephone failure, or any other circumstances beyond the control of 'Me-TV Network' that renders the Sweepstakes not capable of completion as planned, including due to force majeure or non-authorized human intervention that comprises or affects the administration, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of Sweepstakes, 'Me-TV Network' may, in its sole and absolute discretion, determine to cancel, terminate, or modify this Sweepstakes, including by determining not to award the planned Prizes or any Prize at all. 'Me-TV Network' is not responsible for replacing the Prize as a result of events beyond the control of 'Me-TV Network.'
This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited, penalized or otherwise restricted by law. Any attempt by any participant to bypass these rules by the use of alias email addresses, illegitimate identities, registrations or logins, or any other scheme will void that participant's entry/entries and may be disqualified from the Sweepstakes. 8. WINNER LIST. The grand prize winner's name will be posted on www.metvnetwork.com on or before Sunday, May 5, 2013. T-shirt winners' names will be posted on www.metvnetwork.com beginning May 1, 2013 and as winners are confirmed according to the Official Rules, their names will be added to this online winner list. The list of winners will be available online until November 15, 2013. If you wish to receive the name of the Sweepstakes Prize winners, you must send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to 'Me-TV Network,' 'Me-TV Catch the Connection giveaway - Sweepstakes Winners,' 26 N. Halsted, Chicago, IL 60661. 'Me-TV Network' must receive any such request for the winners' names no later than November 15, 2013.
