‘Trace Adkins Cowboy’s Back in Town CD and Grilling Package Giveaway’ (the “Contest”)

1. SPONSOR: This Contest is sponsored by ‘WCIU, The U’ whose address is 26 N. Halsted, Chicago, Illinois 60661.
2. ENTRY. A purchase is not required to enter for the chance to win the ‘Trace Adkins Cowboy’s Back in Town CD and Grilling Package Giveaway’ (the “Contest”). The Contest begins Saturday, August 21, 2010 at 12:00 AM and ends Monday, September 13, 2010 at 11:59 PM. Specifically, visit wciu.com to fill out an online form that registers you for the chance to win one (1) CD and grilling package or one (1) of (19) runner up Prizes of one (1) copy of Trace Adkin’s ‘Cowboy’s Back in Town’ CD. Only one entry per person, per email address, per day will be accepted. The winners will be selected at random from all eligible online entries using a computer software winner selection tool.
3. ELIGIBILITY. The Contest is open to all legal residents of Illinois and Indiana who are 18 years of age or older and live in the Chicagoland television viewing area (as defined by A.C. Nielsen Co.). Employees of ‘WCIU, The U,’ Weigel Broadcasting Co., Entertainment Marketing Group and Four Seasons Heating & Air Conditioning, each of their advertising agencies, consultants, franchisees, suppliers, subsidiaries and family members are not eligible to enter or to win.
4. PRIZES. Entertainment Marketing Group and ‘WCIU, The U’ guarantee that one (1) CD copy of Trace Adkin’s ‘Cowboy’s Back in Town’ and a ‘Country Grillin’ Package,’ which consists of a Char-Broil Quantum infrared four-burner grill, Char-Broil Big Easy oil-less infrared turkey fryer, an ‘Everybody Grills’ cookbook and grilling accessories will be awarded, valued at $950 to one (1) grand Prize winner, and (19) runner up Prize winners will receive a CD copy of Trace Adkin’s ‘Cowboy’s Back in Town’ valued at $7.99 (the “Prize”). There will be 20 total Prize winners selected at random from all online entries using a computer software winner selection tool. Odds of winning will be determined by the total number of Contest entries. If a winner fails to claim their Prize within three (3) business days, it will result in the forfeiture of the Prize and a new drawing will be held from the remaining eligible entries. All winners must possess a valid picture ID to claim their Prize.
5. PRIZE RESTRICTIONS. The Prizes are non-transferable. Additionally, only one (1) Prize will be issued per household. There will be no substitutes or cash redemptions awarded to any of the 20 Contest winners. The grand Prize must be picked up during normal business hours at ‘WCIU, The U’s station located at 26 N. Halsted, Chicago, Illinois within 30 days of accepting Prize. The grand Prize weights 200 pounds; the grand Prize winner must provide his or her own means of prize handling and pick-up. Grand Prize delivery from 26 N. Halsted to any location is not available by any means. By entering, all winners shall consent to the use of their name, likeness, and/or biographical information for advertising and promotional purposes related to the Contest, without additional consideration.
6. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY. All winners are responsible for income and other taxes on their Prize. All winners will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability and Letter of Indemnification upon notification of being a winner. Failure to comply with the rules and conditions of the Contest may result in a forfeiture of Prize.
7. MISCELLANEOUS. The decisions made by ‘WCIU, The U’ concerning any and all matters with respect to this promotion shall be final. In the event of a computer or telephone failure, or any other circumstances beyond the control of ‘WCIU, The U’ where it becomes impracticable for ‘WCIU, The U’ to award one or more Prizes, ‘WCIU, The U’ may, in its sole and absolute discretion, determine not to award any such Prize or Prizes. This Contest is void where prohibited, penalized or otherwise restricted by law. A copy of the official Contest rules are available at the ‘WCIU, The U’ offices located at 26 N. If you wish to receive the names of Contest Prize winners, you must send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to ‘WCIU, The U,’ ‘Trace Adkins Cowboy’s Back in Town CD and Grilling Package Giveaway’ 26 N. Halsted, Chicago, Illinois, 60661. ‘WCIU, The U’ must receive any request for winners’ names no later than November 30, 2010.
