Get Inside with the Wilderness Resort and WCIU, The U! (The Contest)

1.SPONSOR: This Contest is sponsored by WCIU, The U, whose corporate
headquarters address is 26 N. Halsted, Chicago, Illinois 60661 ("Sponsor").
2.ENTRY. A purchase is not required to win one of five prizes from the Wilderness Resort in the Wisconsin Dells via the Get Inside with the Wilderness Resort and WCIU, The U contest. The official contest begins Monday, February 8, 2010 at 7:30 AM and ends Friday, February 12, 2010 at 11:59PM. Specifically, Monday through Friday, for one week, viewers will watch for their chance to win. Each day, Monday – Friday, a “Wilderness Code Word of the Day” will be shown during The Insider at 7:37am in the “Get Inside the Wilderness Resort” feature. To win a prize, viewers must enter the correct “Wilderness Code Word of the Day” at www.WCIU.com by 11:59PM that night. Only one entry per person per email address per day will be accepted. One winner per day will be selected using a computer software winner selection tool.
3.ELIGIBILITY. The “Get Inside the Wilderness Resort with WCIU, The U” Contest is open to all legal residents of Illinois and Indiana, 18 years of age or older, who live in the Chicagoland television viewing area as defined by A.C. Nielsen. Employees of WCIU, The U, Weigel Broadcasting, Wilderness Resort and their advertising agencies, consultants, franchisees, suppliers, subsidiaries and family members of any of the above are not eligible to enter or win.
4.PRIZES. Five separate prizes consisting of rooms for four guests at the Wilderness Resort, each include admission to three indoor waterparks, will be awarded, valued at [$100-$300 each]. Odds of winning will be determined by the total number of correct entries. Once notified, the winners will have 14 business days to claim their prize. If winner fails to claim their prize, it will result in the forfeiture of the prize and a new drawing may be held from the remaining eligible entries. All prize winners must possess a valid picture ID to claim their prize.
5.PRIZE RESTRICTIONS. This prize is non-transferable. Additionally, only one prize will be issued per household. There will be no substitute or cash redemption awarded to any contest winner. All income and other taxes are the responsibility of the winner. By entering, each winner is consenting to the use of their name, likeness, and/or biographical information for advertising and promotional purposes without additional consideration.
6.DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY. Winner is responsible for income and other taxes on the prize. Winner will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability and Letter of Indemnification within fourteen (14) days of notification of being a winner. Failure to comply with the rules and conditions of the contest may result in a forfeiture of prize.
7.MISCELLANEOUS. The decisions made by WCIU, The U, concerning any and all matters with respect to this promotion shall be final. In the event of a computer, telephone failure, or any other circumstances beyond the control of WCIU, The U, where it becomes impracticable to award said prize, WCIU, The U, may, in its sole and absolute discretion, determine not to award any such prize. This contest is void where prohibited, penalized or otherwise restricted by law. A copy of these official contest rules are available at the WCIU, The U offices located at, 26 N. Halsted, Chicago, IL or by writing to WCIU, The U, “Get Inside the Wilderness Resort”, 26 N. Halsted, Chicago, IL 60661. If you wish to receive the names of contest prize winners, you must send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to WCIU, The U, “Get Inside the Wilderness Resort”, 26 N Halsted, Chicago, IL, 60661. WCIU, The U must receive any request for winners’ names no later than March 12, 2010.
