WIN TICKETS TO TYLER PERRY’S "LAUGH TO KEEP FROM CRYING"
(the "Contest")

Contest Ends: Wednesday, November 18, 2009
1. SPONSOR. This Contest is sponsored by WCIU, The U whose corporate headquarters address is 26 N. Halsted, Chicago, Illinois 60661.
2. ENTRY. A purchase is not required to enter to win a pair of tickets to Tyler Perry’s “Laugh To Keep From Crying” at the Arie Crown Theater. The Contest begins Wednesday, November 11 2009, and ends Wednesday November 18, 2009 at 11:59PM. Specifically, Wednesday through Wednesday, click here to fill out an online form that registers you to win one of two (2) pairs of tickets to the November 19-22 run of Tyler Perry’s Laugh To Keep From Crying at the Arie Crown Theater at McCormick Place. Only one entry per person, per email address, per day, will be accepted. A total of two (2) winners will be selected at random from all online entries using a computer software winner selection tool.
3. ELIGIBILITY. The Contest is open to all legal residents of the states of Illinois and Indiana only. Winners must be 18 years of age or older and must live in the Chicagoland television viewing area (as defined by A.C. Nielsen Co.). Employees of WCIU, The U, Weigel Broadcasting, Arie Crown Theater, and each of their advertising agencies, consultants, franchisees, suppliers, subsidiaries and family members are not eligible to enter or to win.
4. PRIZES. There will be two (2) prize winners. Arie Crown Theater will provide two (2) pairs of tickets to Tyler Perry’s Laugh To Keep From Crying at the Arie Crown Theater at McCormick Place from November 19th-22nd valued at approximately [$56] per pair. Odds of winning will be determined by total number of contest entries. If a winner fails to claim the prize, it will result in the forfeiture of the prize and a new drawing may be held from the remaining eligible entries. All prize winners must possess a valid picture ID to claim their prize.
5. PRIZE RESTRICTIONS. The prizes are non-transferable. Additionally, only one (1) prize will be issued per household. There will be no substitutes or cash redemptions awarded to any of the two (2) Contest winners. By entering, all winners shall consent to the use of their name, likeness, and/or biographical information for advertising and promotional purposes related to the Contest, without additional consideration.
6. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY. All winners are responsible for income and other taxes on the prize tickets. All winners will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability and Letter of Indemnification upon notification of being a winner. Failure to comply with the rules and conditions of the contest may result in a forfeiture of prize tickets.
7. MISCELLANEOUS. The decisions made by WCIU,The U concerning any and all matters with respect to this promotion shall be final. In the event of a computer or telephone failure, or any other circumstances beyond the control of WCIU, The U where it becomes impracticable for WCIU, The U to award one or more prizes, WCIU,The U may, in its sole and absolute discretion, determine not to award any such prize. This Contest is void where prohibited, penalized or otherwise restricted by law. A copy of the official Contest rules are available at the WCIU, The U offices located at, 26 N. If you wish to receive the names of Contest prize winners, you must send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to WCIU, The U Win Tickets to Tyler Perry’s Laugh To Keep From Crying, 26 N. Halsted, Chicago, IL, 60661. WCIU, The U must receive any request for winners’ names no later than December 31st, 2009.
